The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) has confirmed that Marc Spitzer, Commissioner to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), will speak at its upcoming 2011 Energy Forum in San Diego, Oct. 22. Spitzer replaces FERC Chairman Jon Wellinghoff, who was unable to attend due to an overseas meeting. He joins Allen Breeze, Senior Vice President for Schneider Electric – Power Business USA, as a keynote speaker for the event.
