Big Box Storage on Consolidated

Warehouse: Big Box Storage Inc. has leased 55,200 square feet of warehouse space at 70077 Consolidated Way, San Diego 92121, from 7077 Associates. The property was leased for five years at $1.9 million.

The lessee was represented by Jason Smithson, of NAI San Diego. The lessor was represented by Brent Wright of CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBG).


Retail: Schatzi's Brats Inc., dba Crazee Burger, has leased 2,245 square feet of retail space at 2415 San Diego Ave., Suites 109 and 110, San Diego 92110, from American Commercial Equities Three LLCLC. The property, leased for 120 months at $691,842, will be used for a specialty burger restaurant.

The lessee was represented by Douglas R. Matheson, of Douglas Matheson & Co. The lessor was represented by David Maxwell, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: Game Day Sports Inc. has leased 4,125 square feet of retail space at 14767 Pomerado Road, Poway 92064, from Regency Centers LP. The property was leased for 67 months at $507,375.

The lessee represented itself. Reg Kobzi, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the lessor.


Retail: AZ Heat has leased 1,814 square feet of retail space at 1040 University Ave., Suite B213, San Diego 92103, from West Coast Uptown Partners LP. The property, leased for 64 months at $172,132, will be used for a tanning salon.

The lessee and lessor was represented by Kyle Clark, Kipp Gstettenbauer and Matt Davis, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: Symbolic Investments Inc., dba Giovanni's Trattoria, has leased 897 square feet of retail space at 225 Broadway, Suite 130, San Diego 92101, from The Irvine Company. The property, leased for 60 months at $171,468, will be used for an Italian bistro.

The lessee and lessor were represented by David Maxwell and Corinna Gattasso, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: Jerry Luo Ning, dba Bernardo Massage Center, has leased 1,211 square feet of retail space at 16447 Bernardo Center Drive, San Diego 92128, from Del Sol Development Corporation. The property was leased for five years at $147,038.

Joel Wilson, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the lessee and lessor.


Industrial: Pure Motorsports LLC has leased 2,821 square feet of industrial space at 8451 Miralani Drive, Suite R, San Diego 92126, from R.J. Land Company L.P.

The property, leased for 49 months at $117,986, will be used for a general office, warehouse and distribution of automobile parts.

The lessee was represented by Rich Lee of Commercial Facilities Inc. The lessor was represented by Arnie Friedman, of Colliers International.


Retail: Leah Walker, DDS, M.S., has leased 1,240 square feet of retail space at La Costa Town Center, 7750 El Camino Real, Suite D, Carlsbad, 92009, from La Costa Tower, LLC. The property, leased for 36 months at $103,565, will be used for a dental office.

The lessee represented himself. John Jennings and Kam Walton, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessor.


Retail: Ahmet Salih Bayraktar, dba Istanbul Kebab House, has leased 900 square feet of retail space at Miramar Plaza, 7094 Miramar Road, Suite 110, San Diego 92121, from Miramar Plaza Ltd.

The property, leased for 60 months at $71,673, will be used for a Mediterranean and Turkish restaurant.

The lessee represented itself. Aaron Hill and John Jennings, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessor.


Industrial: A&A Graphics and Design has leased 1,465 square feet of industrial space at 2252 Main St., Suite 2, Chula Vista 91911, from Eastgate Technology Partners LP.

The property, leased for 36 months at $38,023, will be used for the production of signs and graphics.

Bryan Teel and Christopher Adolpe, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessee and lessor.


Industrial: Andrew Gennuso has leased 700 square feet of industrial space at 2180 San Diego Ave., San Diego 92110, from Construction Protective Services. The property was leased for 12 months at $26,400.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Nick Price and Rex Huffman, of Voit Real Estate Services.


Industrial: Custom Carpet Creations has leased 1,600 square feet of industrial space at 110 Copperwood Way, Suite J, Oceanside, 92058, from Copperwood Partner, LP. The property, leased for 12 months at $13,824, will be used for warehouse storage for a flooring company.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.
