BikeBandit leases on Panasonic

Industrial: PartsBandit.com, dba BikeBandit, has leased 107,006 square feet of industrial space at 7625 Panasonic Way, San Diego 92154, from Auerbach Family Trust. The property, leased for 36 months at $1.89 million, will be used for an online powersports dealer.

The lessee was represented by Jeff Saywitz, of The Saywitz Company. The lessor was represented by Jeff Brown, Mickey Morera, Chris Holder and Ryan Spradling, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Goode, Hemme & Peterson has leased 3,482 square feet of office space at 6256 Greenwich Drive, Suite 500, San Diego 92122, from Arden Realty Inc. The property, leased for 72 months at $579,528, will be used for a law firm.

The lessee was represented by Michael Dyer, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor represented itself.


Retail: Encinitas C.T. Inc., dba Chronic Tacos, has leased 900 square feet of retail space at 127 North El Camino Real, Suite C, Encinitas 92024, from Encinitas Associates II.

The property, leased for 123 months at $399,630, will be used for a Mexican restaurant.

The lessee was represented by Garret Colburn, of Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial. John Jennings and Aaron Hill, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessor.


Retail: Kidding Around has leased 4,200 square feet of retail space at 9925 Carmel Mountain Road, San Diego 92129, from West Coast Retail Management. The property was leased for five years at $396,636.

David Bradley, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessee. The lessor was represented by Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Chad Iafrate, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.


Retail: Brooklyn Bagel Company has leased 1,061 square feet of retail space at 1000 Island Ave., Suite C-10, San Diego 92101, from M2i Properties LLC. The property was leased for 10 years at $355,289.

Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Robb Frye, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, represented the lessee and lessor.


Industrial: CP Manufacturing has leased 5,200 square feet of industrial space at 1429 Wilson Ave., Suites A and B, National City 91950, from Fred West. The property was leased for 48 months at $293,183.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Nick Price, of Voit Real Estate Services.
