Security One Lending renewed its lease on 9,805 square feet in Centerside II in the Mission Valley submarket at 3131 Camino del Rio North, Suite 1400, San Diego 92108, from The Irvine Company. The 63-month lease is valued at $1.4 million.

1Mission, a five-story residential/retail mid-rise in Mission Hills, has reached the 80 percent complete mark and is scheduled for completion in late fall.

The California Department of General Services, Telecommunication Division has leased 3,528 square feet of industrial space at 1291 Pacific Oaks Place, Suites 113 and 114, Escondido 92029, for 120 months at $582,404, and 2,198 square feet, Suite 100, for 120 months at $377,964.

The one-story, approximately 3,800-square-foot industrial building in the Sports Arena area at 3024 Hancock St., San Diego 92110, has been sold for $860,000.
